Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, chili powder, oregano, marjoram, paprika, cinnamon, and black pepper. Cook everything together until the potatoes are tender and have a nice golden-brown color on the outside—this should take about 10 minutes.

Finally, add the ham to the pan, cover it up, and let it cook until the ham is warmed through, which usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Give it a stir now and then, and then it’s ready to serve.
