What Makes This Recipe Special
Chef Tips
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F for safe and juicy results.
- Sear the chops in a hot pan before finishing in the oven to get a nice crust.
Directions
Place the pork chops in a large resealable bag along with the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic. Press out as much air as you can, seal the bag, and pop it in the fridge to marinate for anywhere between 4 and 24 hours. When you're ready to cook, fire up your grill to medium-high heat and give the grates a quick brush with oil to keep things from sticking. Take the pork chops straight from the marinade and place them on the grill, tossing the leftover marinade. Grill the chops for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they’re cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. To be sure, you can check with a meat thermometer—the temperature should hit 145°F. Let them rest a few minutes before serving, then enjoy!
