Step 1

Put the pork roast in a large resealable bag. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, vinegar, pancake syrup, cornstarch, and brown sugar until well combined. Once it’s done, take the roast out of the oven and let it rest for around 10 minutes before slicing. The temperature will rise a bit more during this time, making the pork juicy and tender.
