Step 1

Lightly heat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Arrange the tart shells on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven. Let them bake until the edges turn a nice golden color, which should take about 10 minutes.

Place the tarts back in the oven and bake until the filling starts to bubble and turn a lovely golden color, roughly 15 minutes. When they're done, take them out and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes. These are delicious served warm or at room temperature.
