Directions

Brown the pork in a large skillet over medium heat. Break it up as it cooks and keep going until there’s no pink left, about 10 minutes. Next, toss in the onion, green pepper, and garlic. Finally, taste and season with salt and pepper as you like, then serve it up while it’s hot.
