Step 1

Lightly heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Take the hearts of palm and pat them dry, then toss them with some avocado oil, seafood seasoning, and a bit of salt and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until they’re nicely cooked.
