Directions

Gently heat your oven to 425°F (220°C). While that’s warming up, mix together the cucumber, sour cream, dill, oregano, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Cover it and pop it in the fridge to chill while you get the pizza ready. Take the pizza out of the packaging and toss the cardboard. Then, spread the red pepper, feta cheese, and olives evenly over the top. Add the sliced tomatoes and sprinkle a little black pepper over everything. Slide the pizza into the oven and bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes. Once it’s out of the oven, scatter the red onion and fresh basil on top, then drizzle with the chilled Greek sauce before serving.
