Step 1

Put the chicken drumsticks in a pan with some salt and enough water to cover them. Bring it to a boil, then remove the drumsticks and let them cool down.

Once cooled, carefully pull the meat off the bones and set the bones aside. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with boiled potatoes, chopped capsicum, grated carrot, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and chopped coriander. Mix everything well.
