Cooking Secrets

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for even cooking.
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor and texture.
- Be careful not to overcook; shrimp turn opaque and firm when done, usually in 4-6 minutes.

Step 1

Mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, lemon pepper, basil, and garlic. Slowly whisk in the oil until the marinade thickens. Set aside half of this mixture for basting later. Toss the shrimp in the remaining marinade, making sure they’re well coated. Cover and pop them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to soak up all those flavors.

Step 2

When you’re ready, heat your grill to medium-high, around 400 to 450 degrees. Take a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Nonstick Aluminum Foil and cut some slits in it, then place it on the grill with the nonstick side facing up. Arrange the shrimp on the foil in a single layer.

Step 3

Grill the shrimp uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes, turning them once and brushing with the reserved marinade halfway through. You’ll know they’re done when they turn firm and pink. Carefully remove the shrimp from the foil and let the leftover juices cool down before handling the foil. Enjoy!
