Directions

Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, milk, egg whites, applesauce, raisins, and chocolate chips. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, then pop them in the oven and bake for about 18 to 22 minutes, or until they’re nice and golden on top.
