Step 1

Toss the chicken strips with ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, chili powder, and cornstarch in a big bowl. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then fry the chicken until it’s golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Set it aside.
